We will have updates on the proposed pipeline, tell you all about the project, and help with comment submission to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

*Why stop the Jordan Cove pipeline: Canadian fossil fuel corporation, Pembina, is proposing a 229-mile long pipeline and LNG (fracked gas) terminal to export fracked gas overseas from Coos Bay, OR. The Jordan Cove LNG project would risk the clean drinking water of 150,000 Oregonians, be the largest source of climate pollution in Oregon, and pose a major public safety threat to nearby communities. On top of all that, Oregonians would not benefit from the project. Oregon communities need a faster transition to renewable energy, and youth are leading the movement!
